Work stability, learning experiences. Can develop planning skills.
Cons
Low pay, no work-life balance. Decision taking is too slow, afraid to change the status quo. Japanese associates get very good benefits and pay, very different from other nationalities. Kinda looks like HR doesnt know hot to do anything also...
