Pros
The company is Japanese so I expected it to be really uptight and miserable. But the interview was very laid back, the office was laid back, and everyone was really cool. The pay was also very competitive.
Cons
My department was a little overstaffed, so it was hard to stay busy. But that didn't seem to be common throughout the company.
