Aside from base pay, there’s also paid overtime and paid leaves. If you want, there are also free japanese lessons to better communicate with Japanese staff in office and in Main office in Japan.
Cons
Given the situation of the section I am in, it can get hactic with so few design engineers with lots of tasks and few available CAD design terminals. Expect lots of overtime.
