      Pros

      Denso is a global company with a wide product portfolio. Since Denso is such a large company, there are many opportunities.

      Cons

      Denso does not get rid of underperformers. To make it worse even a sub par employee will get promoted eventually.

      Challenging work Great people Stable

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
