      Pros

      Great place to learn visual management and a best in class manufacturing facility. Fair salary, dedicated associates, flexible work schedule (dependent on management), good benefits, onsite gym, education reimbursement.

      Cons

      Poor work / life balance for engineers, very high demands. The praise for accomplishments was typically peppered with how they expect you to do better/ more/ faster/ etc next time.

      Challenging work Great people Stable

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
