      Rewarding job environment with a sense of purpose, competitive pay scale with union negotiations significantly boosting that range.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's office politics that cam get in the way of what this job is about. Safety can also be am issue at times. People get desensitized to the client behaviors there and don't always realize just how dangerous it can be.

      Pay and benefits are great, a lot of pto.

      Cons

      Not a great company for POC in leadership roles. You will also receive very little support from higher ups, and must manage heavy emotionally taxing days with KPIS.
