Thank you for your review. DESC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so we are unsure of what you mean. We choose to work with clients who experience severe and persistent mental health and substance use disorders. We are proud of and grateful for all of our staff who choose to work in this field. We have been working on various initiatives to increase employee attraction and retention, and we are happy to say that our turnover is now the lowest it has been in a decade.
