Worst company to work for. There are no probs

- Do not give contracted hours. They state they should give an average of your hours worked over the past few months. My contract is 20 hours however they state that doesn’t legally matter - Rota is changed on a daily basis & we are expected to check is every second - No HR policies exist, only what suits the higher up bosses - Staff are over worked & underpaid. No recognition is ever given to managers - They like to hire people who don’t understand HR policies so that they can get away with not following them - Do not carry out investigations correctly. I’ve seen colleagues get sacked for the smallest thing who have never had issues & other colleagues who are trouble makers get away with huge things with just a warning. Again, making up the rules as they go along - They cook the veggie food with the meat & call is vegan.

Good staff benefits like discounts and staff food.

Never enough Hours even after full-time contract.
