I am wracking my brain to come up with downsides for working at DG Concepts. Every company has some kind of downside. We have a great team, a great atmosphere and competitive financial benefits based on individual performance. Maybe some would be nervous to earn commissions and to stretch out of their comfort zone to be better than they thought they could be. For me - I love walking into work each day and knowing that I write my own paycheck. My work ethic and my choice to perform dictates my success and my promotions. Management and my mentors in the company help set me up for success and I love to prove to them each and every day that I deserve to be a part of the company.
