Pros
Good Benefits, Nice Office Facilities, Almost everyone is a great person. Opportunities to make a good living (speaking from Sales perspective) but you have to put in the time to create connections and partners. Summer Fridays are nice. Get out at 1:30pm. Good Work/Life balance.
Cons
No room for career advancement. All of upper management has been there for 20 years+ and isn't going anywhere. Very stuck in the ways of the past. A bit of modernization would go a long way. A lot of unnecessary meetings and the Owner/President treats his adult employees like his grandchildren. That can be both bad and good....
