      Timely Salary Saturday Holiday No Overtime work

      Cons

      *10 hours of working time which nobody tells you before joining and bargains for salary with other companies which has 9 hours of work. *No Exposure to other departments like HR, Accountants etc. If any concern to be raised we have sent mail and wait for eternity. *No extra curricular activities and if company conducts any, if have to do it with our money and trophy and names will be taken for the company. *complex manipulating rules with increment and 3 months notice period.
