Cons
I have moved to other company after working at DGS(Bangalore, India) for two years. I served the notice period of three months and gracefully left the org. Even after 2 months of leaving the company I have not received the relieving letter which was supposed to be given before last working day itself. And the HR behaves very rudely and disrespectfully scolds when the relieving letter is asked. It's a shame on company to behave like this. If anyone joining this company, be very very aware that you're working period at DGS will not be added as your experience at the end when the 'HR' rejects to give you the relieving letter. Disgusting behaviour and ethics. PS: I've worked very efficiently and have given very good results during the time at DGS and was promoted also. So there is no drawback in performance also, though there is no relation between issuing relieving letter and performance of an employee.
