You'll be treated like gold the first few weeks of employment. You can easily negotiate offers. Bargain for more PTO.
Cons
You're just a butt in a seat. You'll be forced to work for people you won't respect, headed by a phony, money hungry CEO. The Senior leaders are a complete joke!! They think the sun rises and sets on them but they're just bags of hot air. You'll be stretched to fit on proposal teams that won't win and when your team loses, you'll be out on the street. DHA has a horrible reputation for terminating great employees with no notice and no cause. Do yourself a favor and do not work here!!
