We encourage managers to be aware of stress in the workplace and take steps to combat this before it gets out of control.
New employees often get inconsistently onboarded depending on who they got their initial information from. An induction system is a way to solve these problems. In recent months we have already worked intensively on some of the topics you mentioned to increase employee satisfaction. Of course, this doesn't always happen with the same speed everywhere, but we're working on getting a little better every day.
Diversity is a journey, not a destination. Improving the representation of diverse groups within the company can take years. Leaders, managers, and staff should be patient and persistent as they seek to create a more diverse and inclusive organization. Like all good things worth achieving, it’s worth the wait.Commit to the journey and be inspired by those who have reaped the benefits of incorporating diversity and inclusion into their DNA.
