Pros
One of the best reasons to work for Exel is the number of different accounts and situations that you can have dealings with. Another reason is that the company is growing and if you are interested in transferring to other parts of the country you will have the opportunity.
Cons
The biggest downside that I have come across is that if you don't know the right people you will be looked over for the promotion, even it you have experience doing the job. Another downside that I ran into was that if there is another manager in your facility you can't advance from a supervisor to operations manager. I was told that since there was a trasnsportation manager who didn't want to advance I would be stuck in my role of supervisor.
