Cons
Do not apply unless you like being worked like a dog with 0 incentives. Upper management does not care about a single person. Right now (8/7/25) they are desperate to hire associates for inbound so If you apply you will more than likely be throwing 20-30lb boxes for 8-10 hours a day everyday with an unreachable goal. I was set up to fail from day 1. Upper mgmt is super clicky and play favorites. They also treat Spanish speaking associates very disrespectfully - hardly anything has a Spanish translation but they still expected to deliver and comprehend as English speaking associates. 90% of the things I learned I taught myself. Training is near 0. Nobody knows how anything is suppose to operate. They are using SOPs from other sites that don't apply to our building. Management doesn't want any input from you -they will follow a procedure even if it doesn't make sense then turn around in the same breath and ask why something isn't done. Nothing gets fixed, same issues from over a year. Won't replace broken refrigerator in back breakroom but has money to spend on balloon arches and giant checks to give to employees of the month (which is a popularity contest not an actual merit of work ethic). Also your schedule is not set in stone, they will change it at a moments notice to fit "business needs" (aka poor management). Just for transparency, there are several supervisors/managers that are leaving this site all at once right now if that give any indication how things are.
