Unless you desperately need a job, RUN AWAY!!! I have never worked for an organization with such an incompetent leadership team. And the problem is that because it is a small "Non-Profit", this problem is much bigger than it would be at a large company where other talented people could carry the load. From really bad (simple) decisions at the highest levels to lack of basic skills. The leadership team keeps missing while the competition continues to grow. You will not grow here, you will only regress in your career. Again, unless you have nothing else and you really need a job, take the job. But I would recommend you continue look until you find something better. If you don't like your current job, trust me, it will not get better here.
