Pros

No positive thing about the company. They only make false promises with people at the time of interview and once you are in with two year bond you will start feeling cheated.

Cons

No hr policies. Poor management. Work culture is too bad. Bad politics at senior level. No professional/career growth. Bond for getting Increment.

Dear Engineer, We are thankful for your review, There should be limit for commitment and promises kept, Engineers like you have given committed for better performance and more commitment to company by taking additional hikes, We need to be fare from both the side, If you break your commitment after getting additional hike, company need to take some justified steps. Hope every one understands and should not cheat by posting such , Thanks

Pros

Opportunity to become self-dependent since there is no proper training or mentorship. Can improve interview preparation skills independently because client interview opportunities are limited. Employees learn to work without proper tool access or career guidance. Useful experience for understanding what to avoid in future workplaces.

Cons

No proper salary hikes even after good performance. Promotions are extremely rare and growth opportunities are very limited. Poor job security and lack of transparency from management. No proper training, mentorship, or career development support. Very few client interview opportunities for employees on the bench. Bench employees are treated differently compared to project employees. Only slow 2.4G Wi-Fi access provided for bench employees; no 5G internet facility. No proper tool access for learning, practice, or skill development. Employee concerns and feedback are mostly ignored. Hard work and contributions are rarely recognized. Company focuses more on staffing numbers than employee growth. Not a good place for learning, stability, or long-term career progression.
