Starting pay was low but there's room for growth.

There are some really smart and dedicated staff.

Leadership is horrible, though there’s a change underway. Very cliqueish atmosphere favoring former OAG staff. Immature, insecure and unethical leadership practices. A lot of lying. Building is old and constantly having major maintenance issues.
