Pros
Free satellite television, the building is nice, clean and there is a cafeteria on the premises.
Cons
The management is terrible! The work load is completely unrealistic. Employees are currently expected to work mandatory 50 hour work weeks, and can be pulled in on weekends (no questions asked). The company preaches their values all the time and even goes as far as making employees carry a card with them that lists the companies values. If you don't have the card on you, they will write you up. I have seen so many talented employees leave dish for jobs that pay half as much just to get away from the company. (Even the management is unhappy there and we have had 4 managers leave within the last two months.) There is no incentive to move up in the company because the higher you move up the closer you get to the problem.
