Pros
I have been in many call center environments and I must say that none have been more accomodating than here at Dish. I have served 5 great years at the company and have always gotten great support from support staff as well as recognition when performing well. The new tier structure also ensures that agents will be promoted quicker and be able to advance there career in the company.
Cons
I completly understand that taking calls can become very stressful over time. Having taken calls for 4 of the 5 years I've been here I know first hand. With that being said, taking that out of the equation, Dish has done nothing but do there bess to aliviate that stress and create a fun work environment through such things as activities, luncheons, and incentives.
