Most upper management is incompetent and chosen based on brown-nosing. A lot of xenophobia happening in some teams. The company is in a lot of financial trouble, losing customers by the day, so they are literally forcing employees to sign up for Boost (people that don’t get pressure by directors and VPs to do so). Also, full-time employees are hired to work 40hrs/day but in reality they are forced to do a minimum of 42hrs/wk, under the threat that they won’t be considered for a promotion. How is all of that legal???
