Pros

1. Company is not well known and people are hesitant to join and to compensate for that job offers might have salary slightly more than average package of average product companies to attract potential employees. But be careful before accepting because there are terms & conditions involved which delay your bonus by 7 months

Cons

1. This is very bad that bonus are given 7 months after appraisal. Very selected few get bonus immediately like who've been working over 6 years. This is bad trick to retain employees longer. But lot have left irrespective of that. 2. When I worked here, first couple of weeks were okay but after that pressure was so much. Work was not quality it was mostly quantity. Lot of micro management. Work life balance is bad. 3. Lot of the work is on legacy products with outdated code. The consumers of those products are very low. The maintenance is such a boring job. 4. Bad upper management with no care for employees, you can't apply for leaves well in advance without being questioned many times for it. Makeshift playing zone available only late in the evening that too they convert part of cafeteria into space for playing with only one TT table. 5. Complains to HR is not paid heed. Many employees have complained to HR about bad practices but no help was given. Looking for different job was only option. 6. No perks . 7. Employee retention rate is really poor
