-HIGHLY over worked and underpaid - Management always running around like chickens with their heads cut off - Coordinators do all the hard work and rarely get rewarded or acknowledged for a job well done.. managers take all the credit - HR rarely takes any complaints or issues seriously or into consideration - Management constantly changing people’s positions and delegating new tasks to everyone without raises or consent - Zero formality - Management, management, management - People getting let go way too frequently and numerous people leaving every WEEK - Zero relationship between management and coordinators - Management has no idea the hard work their coordinators do each day or what is going on - Company has gone so downhill way too quickly and 90% of great employees have been let go or LEFT - My advice : JUMP SHIP or avoid at all costs!!!!!
