Just to clarify a few points raised: • Our team members work regular schedules—there is no required overtime. • Regarding cleaning, staff are asked to keep their own workspaces and common areas tidy between scheduled professional cleaning visits. • All team members in our Whitby office have been with the company for over five years, and maintaining a respectful and transparent environment remains a priority for us.
