Job is super flexible. Because I am an independent contractor I get all my Job dates at the beginning of the year so its very simple to plan things around work. There are also opportunities for bonuses and pay increases depending on your dependability!

None, no competitive pay scale (two years no raise) and there is an rude and unprofessional atmosphere. I have been harassed on multiple occasions by the owners mother, who I am not even sure has a job title. I have never once signed any contract for any of the events I have done.

Unprofessional office atmosphere, as a wedding DJ company you would think they would be able to wear a tie into the office . . . if they are even in the office (they are maybe there 2 days a week) and once your there prepare for all the family drama of the owner, Saxon. He cannot keep his personal life away from work I.E. his mother ex girlfriends and little brother (no more than 10 years old). DO NOT SEEK EMPLOYMENT HERE look for other outfits like Mike Staff.
