Pros
Virtually no competition in the drone field and interesting products. It's also nice being able to borrow devices to take out for a spin or while traveling.
Cons
Poor management. Nepotism within the company runs deep and decisions are made solely by upper management, who are completely disconnected from the execution teams. There is no room for professional growth or expansion and the hyper-competitive, aggressive environment within the company is not conducive to personal growth or a long-term commitment to work. Turnover rate is exceptionally high and there is a distinct lack of employees with experience.
