Good - Anonymous employee DJM Employee Review

I have been working here for over a year and it is great place to work! The boss is good about buying breakfast tacos and lunch at least once a week. It is a pretty dynamic work environment in the sense of you are always learning the latest technologies and assigned to different accounts. I have a learned a lot about marketing, even more so than other jobs I have been at. The office has a family feel to it, filled with office humor!

This is a tough job if you are not willing to dial the phone. The job changes like Texas weather, so if you can't deal with change on a regular basis, this may not be the place for you.

Micromanagement, limited communication to no communication between employees
