As I’ve hit 4 awesome years at DLC, the Firm continues to exemplify how retaining top talent is their utmost priority. The strategic vision and growth is all on point because of the exceptional leadership under Tom Sweeney. I cannot thank the Firm enough for the professional and personal growth I continuously experience with the projects that I have been a part of. The internal team (CSDs, HR, BDG and CAB) provide a lot of transparency by always showcasing the health and state of the Firm. In confidence, these are things you cannot find elsewhere or ask for from such a great place. As I reiterated in every review, being apart of this outstanding Firm is the best decision I’ve made professionally. Thanks DLC!
Cons
Commute is a common con wherever you are employed, but given my experience and since this is a city that is notorious or meritorious (however you see the glass) for traffic, it isn’t a big deal.
