      Pros

      The company is conveniently located. Some of the colleagues and seniors are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      The management is too old and old-school. The hardware, such as the monitor and furniture, is outdated. Software such as Office, Photoshop, AutoCAD, and SketchUp is still using like 2010-2011 version and has no intention to update. The company atmosphere is too demotivated after the no-pay leave policy from 2024.

      Recognizable brand name and supportive peers

      Cons

      Inefficient approval processes and draining office politics. The supervisor's verbal abuse makes the workplace very toxic. Not recommended for professional growth. Bad organization with a lot of office politics and heavy workload
