Favoritism at its finest, like a sorority - if you aren't accepted from the beginning you don't have a chance. Micromanagement beyond belief by the owner who doesn't have enough time for anyone. Projects are all on hold until he gets around to see you. Arent allowed to make decisions on your own and go with it. No HR dept and No annual reviews or raises. you have to ask for more $$ if you feel you deserve more. Tons of drama and everything is swept under the rug. Organization of company is non existent.
