With DMB Financial, I experience the professional growth that I need with a significant amount of autonomy in my daily role. I truly enjoy the people that I work with and for. I laugh every day, and my time in the office flys by.

      Pros

      I enjoy working at DMB Financial for many reasons. It is a very comfortable atmosphere with friendly co-workers and very knowledgeable management that is always willing to help you when needed. I enjoy the fact that I am truly helping our clients better their unfortunate situations they have found themselves in. I also have found that all my hard work is rewarded by the company as well. I have been working here for over a year and a half at this point. I can say without question this is the best job I have ever had.

      Cons

      The only draw back for me is that the office is 40 miles away from home. I must say though, it is certainly worth the trip.
