      Lots of things to learn from different phase of construction from structural, masonry to finishing.

      Cons

      Lots of duties and responsibilities beacuse understaffed, need to OT to finish works. No work life balance especially concreting engineer. Required to work atleast 15hrs/day. Salary is low to average. Stressful environment and superiors
