DMG Co Response

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. At DMG we pride ourselves on being able to offer the people we work with the opportunity to develop and progress. One of the positives about our business is that everyone starts on the same level and have the opportunity to develop based on their own performance, work ethic and commitment. Those that begin with a higher education or experience tend to progress quicker but as an equal opportunity employer we believe every individual should be given the same advantages. As your review is fairly short we aren’t entirely sure as to why someone with a bachelors or degree shouldn't work with us. We have a lot of Graduates here at DMG. Please feel free to get in touch to provide more details. All feedback is welcome. Best of luck in the future.

Pros

DMG has been the best experience I've had in a career. I started off entry level and was only looking for sales experience. I found sales to be easier than I expected all it took was a lot of reps and the rest came easy as DMG only works with household brands like AT&T, Sprint and even some charities which is extremely fulfilling. Tremendos growthgreat environment, and awesome travel opportunities. Best part is learning leadership through application.

Cons

The growth is fast, and one of the new managers got the wool pulled over his eyes by some employees who were cutting corners. He had to fire 5 people at once. They obviously committe fraud but still acted extremely unprofessionally whenthey were fired. (I'm100% sure that some of the outrageuos reviews on here are by them) I've always been paid on time and accurately...it's pathetic that former employees who were fired can "anonymously" fabricated content on social media without repercussion) But i guess that's the way the world works now..
