Painful disparity in pay.
Completely unfair hiring practices, they tick all the boxes to make it look reasonable and fair but it could not be any further from reality.
The business and executives could not care less about you or your career aspirations. Total lack of resources to get the job done effectively.
It is very common for people to be working 2-3 different roles and being compensated for only one job, your responsibilities are kept deliberately ambiguous for this reason.
Refusal to invest in people (I’ve lost count in the amount of redundancies I’ve witnessed in the last 18 months).
Our investors are disengaging.
