Pros
DNV is an inclusive and supportive organisation where gender equity and fairness are genuinely embedded in day‑to‑day working practices. Within GSS, I feel valued, trusted, and well supported by my line manager, who creates a psychologically safe environment and encourages openness and collaboration. Flexible working and autonomy are real strengths here. I’m trusted to manage my workload effectively, which allows me to perform at my best while maintaining a healthy work–life balance. The company motto “We dare” isn’t just a slogan – it’s actively encouraged. Curiosity, constructive challenge, and questioning how things are done are welcomed, and I feel confident that if I propose improvements or efficiency‑driven change, I’ll be supported in doing so. Overall, a values‑driven organisation that genuinely supports its people, encourages innovation, and provides flexibility and trust. A great place to work if you value inclusiveness, autonomy, and the opportunity to make meaningful improvements.
Cons
As with many large global organisations, some processes can take time, and it can occasionally be difficult to identify the right person to help with specific queries. That said, the MyGSS case system does help navigate this and provides a clearer route to support.
