Not many. It's just a job and they pay you fortnightly. They are ruthless, you must consistently tow the line and not ask questions or be prepared to be punished. Definitely not the pick of the bunch when it comes to oil and gas employers.
Cons
Staff are treated as disposable assets regardless of position. Bums on seats with the required accreditation or paperwork is what matters. Ability means nothing. All of the above is demonstrated by the consistently high turnover of employees in both the Perth based office and offshore.
