If you are a problem solver with strong time management skills, then this is the perfect job for you! I retired from a long career in public sector and thought I would never find a job I liked better and I was wrong. Donan is a great place to work! The work can be challenging at times, but I enjoy the rewarding feeling I get when the project is completed. Good balance of field work and office work. Good deal of flexibility with your daily schedule. Good pay, benefits, training and rewards program. Company vehicle, credit card and they pay for all of the tools and equipment you need to complete your projects. For a nationwide company that has grown quickly, it still has a small company feeling. Open-door policy, from the CEO down. Management is continually trying to improve. They invest in the company, employees, and equipment. The company has strong morals and ethics and expects the same of its employees. Success is shard with the employees through profit sharing. Ability to grow through continuing education and training offerings as well as promote. Management balances the needs of the company and the employees.
Cons
In my opinion, there are very few negatives to working at Donan. You must be able to adapt to changes required to meet the customer’s needs. I enjoy my job so much, sometimes it is difficult for me to stop working on a project. Working from home, you must be personally motivated, or you will not succeed.
