      Earn lot of money with high risk of job stability. Life is comfortable with excellent infrastructure without any surprises. World culture can be observed here.

      Cons

      No carrer upliftment. Things are very simple. Management is not willing to do or, to accept any change. It would be difficult for employee to implement any change, rather, it would be advisable to adopt the culture.
