I had the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, take ownership of meaningful projects, and gain strong exposure across the business. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and values employee ideas. When you perform well, your work is recognized, which creates a motivating environment. I gained hands-on experience in financial packages for multiple entities, financial modeling, corporate accounting, month-end close, forecasting, business planning, MBRs/QBRs, operations, A/R, A/P, and strategic planning. This broad exposure helped me build a strong professional foundation. Teamwork is excellent, and colleagues and managers are supportive and collaborative.

None, only the workload can be demanding during busy periods such as month-end close and major projects. The pace can be fast, requiring adaptability and strong time management.
