      Pros

      Once you get used to your allocated route the job gets much easier. Once you load your van and leave your depot you don’t have anyone on your case and if you follow the procedures you’ll have a good day.

      Cons

      The size and weight of the parcels your expected to deliver have increased dramatically over the last 18 months. Expect to have lots of 28 to 35 kilos parcels, and expect lots of awkward large parcels that state the should be handled by 2 people but you will be expected to do this on your own.

      good pay, good canteen, good managers, nice environment, big parking space, many vending machines, a lot of toilets, nice scanner, light packages

      Cons

      last people, poor transport, it stinks, too much of the people telling you not to do something, at first I couldn't i understand, but then I became even more angry
