Pros
I can easily say that it is one of the best company cultures that I have worked with. Here is why I think like that - Flexible work time to maintain work-life balance - A collaborative, learning and fun culture - Encouraging to try new ideas, ask questions and open to receive feedback - Great opportunity to work with different (7) cultures and distributed teams set up - Very adaptive environment and can try out different ideas - Everyone is helpful and supportive in any way possible - No strict hierarchy and you can approach and talk with anyone - Transparency to whole organization, why are we here! - We do more of "Involve" in this case. "Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn"
Cons
I don’t see any major problem as it also acts as enabling constraint. Working with a distributed team is a challenge and I have to come up with new ideas to get the message across. And that’s how you grow. It will be great to meet colleagues more often and travel around. On a side note, we do have quarterly kick-off that serves this purpose to a certain extent.
