Pros

Lots of hours to work

Cons

I've seen good man get screwed over, namely my boss; get blamed for things he never did and men from Richmond office and HR on site never did anything to help him. They knew he was a good man and hard worker, just like our site big boss knows he did nothing to help. He lied to. Nobody did right thing. They hurt him. They lie and make all of us lie to. They make our boss go away for no reason. Other man do something wrong and they don't want to fire him cuz he is black man and have Latinas lie to and make up stories.
