Locations: Either in the temporary booked conference rooms or outside? No proper desk. Work hours: Irregular. You can start work at 8.30am morning team meetings and then expects another meeting at jurong location by 10am then follows and discussions with US counterparts at 10-11pm. So. you work round the clock. Lastly, the worse. Management. Honestly everyone else is very supportive except the CEO. She can scream in public at staffs, forgets what she asked for them screams again for doing something she didn’t ask and the list goes on. There is no respect for employees at all. Everyday is very demoralising and stressful for everyone. The advantage: Everyone comes together and support one another because everyone in the company knows how hard it is to deal with the Boss.
