Pros
There were some very nice people, and the office, while in a bizarre location, is comfortable and a creative environment.
Cons
I have never seen such a micro-managed process. There is so much time spent on managing all the little details that management misses the big picture. There were actually 17 steps to process one invoice. I was hired to do a job but was not allowed to do it because there were so many people resistant to change. The design staff and the account staff are totally separate teams and roles are so well defined that there is little collaboration. Account management is a complete revolving door. They horribly underpay, benefits were terrible (very expensive insurance, NO maternity benefits!) and there is no feedback on your performance. Technologically, all computers were ancient, software was not updated. They had unrealistic expectations on developing new business; it is hard to bring in large new accounts when they do not have the portfolio/experience to support the work. Lastly, I have never seen a company be so cheap...they are truly pennywise and pound-foolish. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
