Good lifeguard gig, do not move up to management - Supervisor Lifeguard DRD Pool Management Employee Review

I was forced to work 7 days a week like the rest of their management team. Office politics are terrible. I was not granted FMLA for a medical emergency although I had been employed with them for years. My concerns were not taken seriously. They told me $19 an hour but only paid me $18 as a supervisor. (I made $17 as a guard) 2021 estimate. I have never felt so taken advantage of in my life by an employer.
