Pros
They let you work remotely
Cons
Terrible management. Hardly any of the managers understand the process of making games and they try to micro manage everything which results in chaos. We often had to do the same thing over and over because there is no planning what so ever. They treat the employees badly and you can get fired by just saying what yo don't like about their product. the CEO Lisa had no idea what IT even means and the CTO is clue less about making game although he keeps saying that he has made games before. I would not recommend this company to anyone that wants to work in a productive healthy work environment. I feel bad for the investor as he has already lost 25 Million of his money and there is almost nothing to show for that. He invested another 15 million more to keep the company afloat and they are burning through it all. The product was released in two territories with zero uptake so I feel bad for all the employees that are left there.
