Pros
1. Great mentorship from the leads, prod owners and the senior management.
2. Amazing coworkers(very smart and patient). You can go talk to anyone and ask them whatever work related questions you have and they are happy to help).
3. Since its a startup you get to learn so much. We are using so many new and current technologies in the market including salesforce, Amazon AWS, postgres etc.
4. Since teams are small so you get a lot of hands on experience with all the latest technologies. Every developer here mostly know about our underlying infrastructure.
5. Work life balance and the senior management takes care of your concerns and try to work with you.
6. Compensation is great.
7. They have really good benefits.
8. One-on-One meetings with your leads and prod owners to discuss about your personal growth.
9. Every software developer has a saying in sprint planning and deciding what we can accomplish during a sprint. Its not like you are forced to over work or anything. Very easy going process.
Cons
1. Since its a startup so they are still growing.
2. They don't have a layout yet for having six months and yearly reviews, but they are working towards that.
3. Very fast paced(it could be a good thing for some people and bad for some but i like it).
