Really easy. Little customer service interaction. There is unlimited overtime most of the time which is good because lyou will have to work overtime in order to pay bills. Also you can work remotely for overtime hours.
Cons
Low low low low pay. They know it and don’t care. Have to work 50+ hours a week just to get bills paid. High turnover for this reason. Everyone starts out on contract so they don’t care about the turnover rate. Be prepared to work all holidays except Christmas. Seems like they don’t care about the dispatch team, only work getting done and money being made for them.
