4yCOVID has certainly created many challenges, including the need to be flexible and to pivot to ensure we are keeping our people and communities safe while serving the markets that underpin our global economy. Currently, we still have less than half of our people back in the office and that return has been voluntary thus far. This exception to this is our amazing IT and support teams that have come in for the duration to ensure we remained operational – we’re very grateful to them. We do believe that we are stronger at a firm – more innovative, more collaborative and more engaged – when we are able to be together. What that will look like long term is still a bit in flux – what we do know is that we’ve always given our people a lot of flexibility and autonomy and don’t see that changing.
